The cottage is located on the lane that descends gently down to the beach at Eype (a footpath can take you half the way). The wide, pebble, gently shelving beach has walk boards in the summer and views along the coast with access to the Coast Path for walks back to West Bay or further on to Seatown.

The Property....

The cottage is set back from the lane that leads down to the beach. It is accessed via a shared path into a gravelled front courtyard garden with a paved path, shrubs, flowers, climbers and a raised seating area at the end overlooking the valley. Designated parking for 1 car.
Seasonal Shop 1 mile; Pub 5 yards.

The Layout....

Enter via a stable door into Kitchen/Dining Room: step down into the dining area with feature fireplace; Hallway with door to garden; small Sitting Room with open fire and window seat overlooking the valley.
Upstairs: 3 Bedrooms (all with original wooden floors): a double with feature Victorian fireplace and views over the valley and 2 singles. Bathroom: bath with shower over.
Night storage and electric panel heaters plus open fire. No telephone.
